Contacts Database

Extracts Outlook© 2007 contacts into an Access database automatically with the click of a single button. User does not have to do anything else. The database can be opened with Microsoft© Access, Excel, Word and SQL Server among others.

The Outlook© data is not altered in any way. The database which is generated by this program is updated by the user clicking a button. The program locates the Outlook© Contacts file automatically. The user does not have to have any knowledge of file system, Personal Folders or Access© databases.

Version 2.5 includes the ability to print address labels and send emails. The email can be sent without opening an email program.
