tApCalc Finance is an easy to use Ffinancial tape calculator that everyone can use. Financial functions in tApCalc Finance includes the following functions:-

* Time Value or Money function keys PV, FV, PMT,i,n,i/12,n*12, AMO that can be used to calculate Mortgage, Interest payments and Amortization.

* Discounted Cash Flow keys CF0,CFj,Nj,IRR,NPV for calculating Internal Rate or Return and Net Present Value when a set of cash flows are given

* Bond Yield and Price keys p.Dt, m.Dt, YTM, PRICE that can be used to calculate Bond price or Yield when Purchase and Maturity dates are provided.

* Depreciation keys SL,SYD,DB to calculate depreciation using these methods



tApCalc Finance also consists of a Accounting mode in which functions keys TAX+,TAX-,MY,Total,Grand Total keys are available.
