stopEspam.exe is designed to protect your email accounts from spam. The program does not replace your email client but complements it. With stopEspam.exe you use your email client as usual. The software provides protection from spam because you have to authorize senders before they are able to send you messages. Based on the default settings, when you receive a message from an unknown sender, stopEspam.exe will automatically send them an email telling them to Request Authorization , by changing the subject of the email , to your designated subject the sender will be able to forward previous email to you. You can change the protection code which they must type in the subject line as often you like. If subject of the senders email matches with your code of settings sender will be able to send you email to your email inbox. Even after they replied back with the subject code of protection you can add them to spammers list anytime you like. This prevent automatic handling of authorization request emails by spammers, the person requesting authorization will have to enter the unique code in the subject line shown in the email sent by our software. Only after that will the stopEspam.exe display the window suggesting that you authorize the sender. Adding a sender's contact information to the White List will enable you to receive email from him / her in the future, and the original messages from this person will be moved to your inbox. Adding a sender's contact information to the Black List will spare you from ever receiving email from them. The Black List sender's email will simply be deleted at the server, so it will never make it to your Inbox
