Already packed with over 150 common items in its starting database, PocketShop lets you build a shopping list with just a few taps of the stylus. Then, you can either cradle your PDA and print out your list, or take your PDA with you to the store. No need to use the stylus (with both hands) in the store -- you can navigate through the items with your PDA's up/down/left/right keys, to increase/decrease and check off items easily.
